Showcasing cinema luminaries by programming the first film ever shot in Hollywood, In Old California by D.W. Celebrated selections from last year’s Beverly Hills Film Festival included 7 Years Underground: A 60s Tale (a documentary chronicling the Café Au Go Go), Children of the Air (an unflinching account of a fairy tale romance gone awry), and Sofia (a twist-filled thriller starring Christian Slater and Donald Sutherland).
